Booking & Programming
We produce concerts for local authorities, companies and private organisers: public concerts, showcases, headline-artist evenings, or private concerts in an exclusive setting, whatever the scale of the project.
We draw on our network of artists and tour promoters to identify profiles that fit your event and budget, then handle the negotiations, contract, and technical and hospitality rider on your behalf.
Allow 3 to 6 months for an established national artist, and up to 9-12 months for a highly sought-after headliner, especially if your date falls in high season or coincides with a tour.
Yes, we can approach any artist or their professional team on request; feasibility will depend on their touring schedule, availability and your budget.
Budget
Budget varies enormously depending on the artist's profile, audience capacity and technical production, but expect at minimum several thousand euros for a private concert with an emerging artist, and considerably more for an international headliner.
No, the artist fee and technical production (sound, lighting, staging, security) are budgeted separately; we provide a detailed line-by-line quote for full visibility across the whole project.
Technical Production
We size the sound system, lighting and stage structure based on the venue, expected audience capacity and the artist's technical rider, working with proven technical vendors.
We coordinate the entire technical production with our partner vendors (sound, lighting, staging, structures), for a turnkey project without you having to manage multiple contacts.
The technical rider lists the artist's requirements for sound, lighting and staging; the hospitality rider covers catering, dressing rooms and welcome arrangements. We negotiate and adapt these requirements based on your venue and budget.
Generally allow half a day to a full day for sound, lighting and stage setup depending on the scale of the production, plus soundcheck with the artist before doors open.
Safety & Regulations
Depending on capacity and venue, this generally requires a declaration to the town hall, compliance with fire safety and crowd management regulations, and sometimes a prefectural authorisation for large audiences or outdoor concerts.
We coordinate access control, ticket or invitation checks, and the security and medical response plan, in compliance with regulations applicable to venues open to the public.
A private concert in a closed venue with an identified guest list is generally subject to lighter procedures than a concert open to the public, but fire safety and capacity regulations still apply.
Yes, provided a weather backup plan, specific permits (noise, curfew hours) and often a cover structure for the stage and audience are arranged. We always confirm these points in advance with the venue and local authorities if needed.
This depends on local rules and the venue: many towns on the French Riviera impose strict curfews for outdoor noise, generally around 11pm-midnight. We always check this point before finalising the programme.
Logistics & Show Day
Our team is present from load-in to load-out: welcoming the artist and their crew, technical supervision, and managing the audience and any unexpected issues, for a smooth concert from the first to the last note.
This is a risk we anticipate both contractually (cancellation clauses, insurance) and operationally through our network, which lets us quickly propose a replacement solution if the situation requires it.
We focus on producing the concert itself (booking, technical production, logistics), but we can connect you with specialist communication and ticketing partners if your event is open to the public.
